Emergency Assist was established in April 2003 as a 100% citizen-owned company and has advanced to diversify its business portfolio over the years. With 20 years of operational experience, EA991 has invested heavily in infrastructural capabilities and in return, demands a high standard of performance and accountability. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Emergency Assist Chiseki Chiseki told guests at a glamorous celebration hosted at Avani Hotel in Gaborone that companies resemble families and that in families, there is a need to deal with one another’s prosperity ensuring that everyone is efficiently succeeding.
In line with this, he said at EA991, individuals strive to cooperatively work well with one another, a key factor that has yielded the company measurable success. “In every one of these years which have passed, we have seen everything, great achievements, huge disappointments, highs and lows.
In any case, one thing which we never did was to surrender,” Chiseki stated. He expressed his uttermost gratitude towards stakeholders, revealing his delight for the opportunity to work with talented, committed and passionate individuals every day. “Your commitment to putting our customers first and upholding our corporate values has been the pinnacle of Emergency Assist 991’s growth and success. To our customers, thank you for trusting us for the past 20 years and making us a leader in our industry. We are honoured to have your trust and we will work tirelessly to maintain it,” said the company CEO.
He acknowledged his business partners that have worked with them in the past 20 years, highlighting their importance in establishing partnerships that have brought value through loyalty, skills, and expertise that have enabled them to serve over 300,000 customers in Botswana and globally.
The Guest speaker, Principal Officer at BPOMAS Thulaganyo Molebatsi congratulated EA991 for their two decades of hard and persistent work in saving lives while providing many other services. He commended the company for making efforts in establishing long-term strategic direction with the ultimate goal of sustaining human life through partnerships with organisations across Botswana and the rest of the world.
